Our Smart Buildings team, based in the UAE are currently looking for Graduate Analysts to work on a variety of projects, to help make buildings “SMART”.

Our Smart Buildings practice works on a variety of projects, helping to find solutions to questions such as “What will this building feel like?”, “How can I increase productivity?”, “What technology do I need?”. The team support a variety of clients, designing and implementing innovative solutions to help make buildings and businesses operate as efficiently as possible and they are currently looking for Graduates who have a desire to use their creativity and technology skills.

As leaders in Smart Building Consultancy, our aim is to set the standard for providing specialist and fully integrated Smart Buildings Consulting to the Middle East.

Responsibilities

A typical week will include:

Anything could happen!
You might be designing a mobile app, working out how we could collect data from 1000’s of sensors across a city or even working out how engineering systems might help a client’s building become healthier. Your day could also involve visiting site and liaising with contractors, discussing options for concept designs with colleagues, responding to client requests for information or meetings with the team about the scope and progress of projects.
Naturally, there is a lot to learn and you are likely to be guided through complex software packages, team briefings and client updates from the start.

Requirements

• You’ll be graduating in 2019 or have recently graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in most subjects
• You’ll be passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems
• You’ll want to stretch and inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have
• You’ll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
• You’ll have excellent communication skills
• You’ll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
• You’ll have confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
