We are currently working on the construction supervision services for three FIFA-compliant stadiums, precincts, and 41 training facilities across Qatar. The project will include the Ras Abu Aboud stadium, which will have seating capacity for more than 40,000 fans. Due to the magnitude of the project we will be seeking for an Architectural Inspector to be part of our team.

Responsibilities

Follow the tasks assigned for inspection by the Architect Engineer;
Attend inspections via Work Inspection Requests and provide accurate inspection comments;
Provide inspection comments and submit to Architect Engineer for verification;
Assure inspections are carried out as per schedule and procedure;
Report to Architect Engineer any non-conformance observed during inspections;
Prior to inspection requests, monitor works and coordinate with Contractor and Architect Engineer on issues that might become non-conformance reports;
Advice on any Architectural problems, issues and deficiencies identified to the Architect Engineer in a timely manner.
Maintain Daily Works Records in an agreed format, submitting the Daily Work Records to Architect Engineer on a Daily basis;
Perform Snagging Procedures in accordance to the Architect Engineer’s instructions;
Provide to the Architect Engineer the status of snagging and re-snagging of the Architectural works as per site condition;
Provide status to Architect Engineer regarding completion of outstanding Architectural works by the Contractor when required;

Requirements

Degree in Architecture from a recognized University;
Minimum 7 years relevant experience;
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the Gulf region;
