We are continuously strengthening our team and invite professionals with suitable working experience in the engineering fields covered by WSP Group SRL to join us and develop together with us.


- Creation and editing of drawings & sketches in compliance with WSP standards and detailing practices
- Produce accurate and timely CAD and BIM drawings and models to agreed deadlines
- Completion of CAD tasks received from Engineers and Senior CAD Technicians
- Generate sections / schedules / schematics from general arrangement drawings
- Ensure drawings are issued, and filed in an appropriate manner
- Conversion of AutoCAD drawings to other formats such as DWF & PDF
- Control of assignment related documentation, including, but not limited to: technical memos, plans, presentations etc.
- Develop expertise and stay abreast of developments in relevant technical field
- Identify improvements (where possible) to enhance WSP service to clients
- Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
- Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager
- Attend and contribute in team and project meetings as required
- Contribute to the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) strategy including supporting the company’ approach to sustainability
- Ensure QMS compliance
- Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline
- Feedback on all business development opportunities


The employee must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Relevant Engineering degree (Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or similar or student in last two years)
- Minimum of 1 years relevant work experience using at least one of the following software: AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, MagiCAD on AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP;
- Proven ability to work up drawings (plans, sections & details) from Engineers basic sketches.
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD software (version 2010 and above) including X-Refs, Blocks, Layers, Model Space & Layout, Viewports, Pen Setting files, Plotting and all AutoCAD utilities
- Good working knowledge of the relevant discipline
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with working in a LAN environment
- Working knowledge of BIM software packages
