WSP are looking for a HR/Admin manager, who is responsible for providing operationally sound advice and support to management in relation to a broad range of human resources and related issues impacting upon the Major Project in Makkah ensuring best practice human resource management.
The key objectives of the role will be to:
■ Manage HR functions on behalf of MMRTC
■ Work with MMRTC management and WSP team to develop a capacity building plan and manage the implementation of the plan.
■ Undertake planning, research, implementation and evaluation of human resource management and administration policies, procedures and project/initiatives to meet the needs of MMRTC.
■ Advise MMRTC and Hiring Managers on key HR legislation, policies and procedures.
■ Develop a MMRTC specific recruitment plan and lead the recruitment efforts.
■ Support the commercial team by evaluating the impact of service and change request initiated by the Employer and Contractor.
■ Oversee the administrative compliance of HR procedures and processes.
■ Provide advice and a consultancy service to senior management concerning significant human resource issues affecting the project.

Requirements

In order to meet the challenge you will have the following skills and experience:

■ Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree is preferred.
■ Excellent communication skills verbal and written both in English and Arabic.
■ Able to interact with people at all levels.
■ 10 years of experience within a similar capacity.
■ HR/ Admin skills in infrastructure / construction industry and project management.
